- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The automated message when you call. Says mmfcu is with you all the way. That is a crock. First off...trying to get a loan through the bank is impossible. They keep declining me. So I went through USAA to get a loan and got approved. Then when I take that check and cash it into my account mmfcu wants to take 9 days to give me all the money. I highly doubt it takes 9 days for a check to clear. Im currently researching other financial institutions that I can go through and when I find the right one I am done with MMFCU. They dont care about their members...their staff can be rude at times depending on which branch you call or deal with in person. I wouldnt recommend this place if my life dependes on it. I am a disabled veteran as well. So not only are they treating a member that way...but they have no respect for members who served or currently are serving.By Bender Rodriguez, August 18, 2017
